Comfy Fam Hangout

This family wanted a space in their home where they could all lounge around together. As the children have gotten older, their current family room is not quite as comfy as it once was. Their basement was being underutilized as it was outdated, dingy and dysfunctional. We added functional square footage to their home without building an addition. The basement has been brought back to life functionally and aesthetically. It is now their favorite room in their house. They have each already claimed their "spot" on that big, welcoming sofa.
