All The Way Up

PROJECT INFO: This family moved into this house as a family of four. Now, they’re up to five, with two work-from-home parents. For starters, this split-level home has four levels. So we reconfigured the fourth level to add stairs to access a new fifth level on the right side of the house. We added a primary suite with an office on the fifth level, provided their son with an ensuite full bathroom and moved the laundry from the basement to the fourth level. This large bathroom with a large soaking air tub, double sinks, large shower with bench and tons of storage has become the most used room in the house. The bedroom has a large window on the front of the house and a large walk-in his/hers closet and a second HVAC system was installed for this addition. The roof was ripped off during a warm/dry three days in February to get it framed and enclosed quickly. This house is a testament to leveling up with their additions.
