Meet & Greet
In the You-Neek Designs studio we will get to know each other by digging into more details about your project and goals. Next, we’ll walk you through the deliverables of a similar project to give you a sense of costs and expectations. We want to make sure you’re comfortable before we proceed.

Costing
Our team will put together a detailed cost summary including the contractor estimate and an itemized list of decorative products and materials. We provide you with an actualized total project cost as early as possible in the design process.
Design
Step into the virtual rendering of your new home as we collaborate on every last detail. We’re fixture and material geeks – and our knowledge brings a space together with perfection.
Pre-Construction Management
The 3D model turns into a full set of architectural drawings that document every design detail. We also procure all of the decorative products and materials, so everything is sitting in our studio waiting for install.
Design Implementation
We select the right contractor for the job and oversee every step of the process to make sure there aren’t any design details missed.
